My research interests include critical theory, Marxism, postcolonial theory, philosophies of history and feminist theory. In my current research I focus on the theoretical and socio-political stakes of constructions of totality and totalisation in the present as a means for comprehending crisis and the possibilities for social transformation. Prior to this I completed a PhD in philosophy at the CRMEP at Kingston University on the subject of the criticality of Adorno’s concept of history in both his philosophical and sociological work.
